• Lead key aspects of financial reporting, technical accounting, consolidation, and reporting infrastructure • Oversee monthly consolidating financial statements, intercompany eliminations, U.S. GAAP financial statements, footnote disclosures, and annual audit support • Lead continuous improvement of monthly and quarterly close and reporting processes • Support public-company-ready reporting, including financial statements, footnote disclosures, MD&A, non-GAAP measures, disclosure documentation, and review controls • Support SOX-readiness efforts through process documentation, control design, evidence execution, and remediation tracking • Research complex U.S. GAAP matters and prepare accounting analyses and whitepapers • Partner with finance, legal, tax, treasury, internal audit, external auditors, and other stakeholders on disclosure governance and reporting materials • Provide timely financial reports to the CFO, CAO, board, and senior executives • Support business development and strategic initiatives, including transaction and acquisition-related accounting • Improve reporting automation, data integrity, dashboarding, analytics, and scalable reporting processes • Develop and maintain accounting policies, reporting procedures, and internal control documentation • Liaise with external auditors, managing audit requests, PBC deliverables, issue resolution, timelines, and audit status meetings • Advise on the financial aspects of company contracts, including leases • Evaluate the financial reporting division structure and team plan • Supervise and mentor staff • Manage or participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required • 7–10 years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, technical accounting, or audit experience required • CPA required or strongly preferred • Public-company reporting, IPO readiness, or transaction-readiness experience strongly preferred • Experience with Workiva or similar external reporting platforms strongly preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial statement preparation, consolidations, technical accounting, and financial reporting controls • Demonstrated ability to prepare, review, and support complex financial statements and footnote disclosures • Ability to operate in a complex, multi-entity environment with intercompany activity and consolidation requirements • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Sound judgment and strong analytical capability • Ability to build trust and influence across finance, operations, legal, tax, and external advisor teams • Ability to work cooperatively with stakeholders and external financial partners • Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision • Ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams and leadership styles • Ability to read, write, and speak English • Occasional standing and walking; frequent sitting and hand/finger movement • Ability to use office equipment in an office or remote setting
