📋 Description

• Enable the strategy and execution of communications and change outcomes for strategic initiatives in the transformation portfolio • Ensure leadership behaviors and culture are linked to transformational change • Drive strategy for communications and change management activities supporting enterprise transformation • Drive and execute change management strategy via a structured methodology across multiple functions • Build relationships to craft and influence strategic outcomes • Support planning and implementation by ensuring leadership buy-in, stakeholder awareness, employee adoption, organizational readiness, effective execution, and sustained change • Integrate change management and training development and deployment activities into project plans • Apply a structured approach to transition individuals, teams, and organizations to desired states • Drive leadership development, culture, and collaboration across the HR Talent and Capabilities portfolio • Develop end-to-end communications and best practices for transformational change • Maintain a leadership role in the transformation Center of Excellence • Drive strategic transformational initiatives into actionable plans and support change adoption • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree in business, organizational development, communications, or a related field required • Master's Degree preferred • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in change management required • 5+ years of project management experience or communications, or a combination of both, required
