📋 Description

• Support the Midwest Regional Finance Lead as a Finance partner for the nine states in the region • Provide detailed financial analysis • Participate in quarterly forecasting • Prepare executive-level presentations for business segment leaders • Create monthly close packages • Investigate and report forecast variances • Prepare and present financial results to Medicare and Health Plan leaders at Monthly Operating Reviews • Perform financial membership forecasts and review/input into actuarial gross-margin forecasts • Prepare documents for Quarterly Business Reviews with Medicare Executive leaders • Represent Midwest Region Finance in meetings • Provide guidance and participate in initiative ideation • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required • 5+ years of experience in a related financial analysis role supporting business departments required • 3+ years of experience in a Healthcare environment preferred • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel • Medicare experience preferred • Proficiency with Hyperion Essbase or OneStream preferred • Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
