📋 Description

• Lead business-process discovery across the Financial Services value chain with senior client stakeholders • Map current-state processes, define gaps and target operating models, quantify business outcomes, and sequence transformation • Translate process understanding into platform-agnostic solutions for competitive pursuits • Design end-to-end architectures connecting transformed processes to applications, data, risk, compliance, and reporting layers • Position business-process transformation as the entry point into broader enterprise programs • Own qualified pipeline and revenue; manage pursuit cadence, proposals, pricing, and final solution presentations • Codify repeatable, outcome-based transformation offerings and accelerators • Serve as delivery principal post-close, providing continuity and quality assurance through execution • Orchestrate cross-domain solutions with Data & Analytics, GenAI/Automation, and Customer Experience teams • Build pipeline through thought leadership and direct executive engagement at target accounts • Own a portfolio of clients and projects, lead larger transformation programs, and drive business development • Carry full client, team, and practice management responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, or a related field • 10+ years leading business-process and technology transformation in Financial Services, enterprise applications, or consulting and/or 10+ years in the Financial Services industry across multiple value-chain domains • Deep business-process fluency across the Financial Services value chain • Experience diagnosing current-state processes, designing target operating models, and quantifying business outcomes • Solution architecture experience connecting business processes to applications, data, and risk/compliance/reporting layers • Proven pre-sales and solutioning experience, including discovery, estimating, proposal development, and final presentations • Demonstrated P&L ownership and/or revenue origination and growth as a client-facing partner, principal, or practice lead • C-suite advisory and executive relationship management experience • Proven thought leadership through speaking engagements and/or publications • Willingness to travel weekly • Advanced degree, CPA, or CMA preferred • Experience with Oracle, Workday, Microsoft, Salesforce, Amazon Web Services, UiPath, or Blue Prism preferred • Partner and alliance experience and co-sell motions preferred
