📋 Description

• Perform analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for assigned functions • Provide analytical and technical support for HEDIS tools and processes, including HEDIS Engine, QCAT, project configuration, reporting, data validation, and issue research • Translate operational requirements into technical solutions • Partner with internal teams and vendors • Support accurate and timely HEDIS production • Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers, and user acceptance testing of HEDIS tools and systems • Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes • Analyze multiple projects, recommend business solutions, and ensure configuration, testing, and implementation • Enhance performance management and operational reports related to new business implementation processes • Coordinate with business units and departments in developing and delivering training programs • Develop, share, and incorporate organizational best practices into business applications • Diagnose problems and identify opportunities for process redesign and improvement • Formulate and update departmental policies and procedures • Serve as the subject matter expert for HEDIS tools and processes • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • HEDIS operations experience and experience working with healthcare quality data, tools, or processes highly preferred • Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and lookup functions, highly preferred • Experience translating operational business requirements into technical requirements, system solutions, or process improvements highly preferred • Experience supporting technical applications, reporting tools, or systems such as HEDIS Engine or QCAT highly preferred • Ability to travel • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • 4-6 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
