📋 Description

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality • Build, test, and maintain features according to specifications and requirements • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues • Optimize processes and implement innovative solutions • Align technical strategies with business objectives • Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to bridge technology and organizational goals • Support project implementations and address member maintenance issues across departments • Create and optimize technical documentation • Drive knowledge sharing and process improvement across cross-functional teams • Develop competency in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Epic RTE Certification is preferred • Cadence and/or Prelude certification/proficiency highly desired • Minimum of 2–3 years of Epic application build, configuration, and implementation/support preferred • 5 or more years of stated experience highly preferred and prioritized • Experience in TriZetto, Quadax and/or Experian clearing house highly preferred • Strong communication skills with application and technical team members and end users • Integrity and accountability • Process and detail orientation • Data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High-speed internet service • Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required before hire
