📋 Description

• Partner with business lines to understand operational needs and recommend technology solutions • Gather and document business and system requirements • Analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and system requirements • Generate reports with probable causes and possible solutions to system issues • Perform research, troubleshooting, and fact-finding • Plan, design, develop, and launch business, financial, and operational systems • Design, develop, and implement software and hardware solutions, systems, or products • Create system models, specifications, diagrams, and charts using Microsoft Visio • Evaluate the business implications of technology applications • Import data for reports, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts • Coordinate software and hardware solution development and implementation • Lead assigned projects at Level III • Enhance process automation using Enterprise Scheduler and/or RPA tools • Analyze database hardware, software, standards, data retrieval methodologies, and mainframe applications • Oversee solution design, development, and implementation at Level III • Guide and advise less-experienced Business Systems Analysts

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of one year of combined Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, or Management Information Systems experience required for Level I, unless skills are deemed appropriate by the CIO/VP of Technology Services • Minimum of three years of combined relevant experience required for Level II, unless skills are deemed appropriate by the CIO/VP of Technology Services • Minimum of five years of combined relevant experience required for Level III, unless skills are deemed appropriate by the CIO/VP of Technology Services • Experience with core software applications • Understanding of basic programming concepts • Strong data analysis skills • Advanced SQL capabilities and query development experience • In-depth understanding of data architecture and system integration • Level II: working knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and standards • Level II: programming knowledge including PowerOn, VB.NET, VBScript, and T-SQL • Level III: advanced system analysis and technology application experience • Level III: advanced experience analyzing database hardware and software
