📋 Description

• Support administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of research administration systems • Configure systems and manage user access, role audits, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations • Liaise between business users, information technology staff, and software vendors • Support system implementations, troubleshoot issues, communicate requirements, and ensure effective system performance • Provide primary user support through helpdesk services, including issue resolution, user guidance, account management, and escalation of technical problems • Coordinate and perform system testing, quality assurance activities, and data validation reviews • Assist with training programs, user documentation, reference materials, and educational resources • Evaluate new technologies, software solutions, automation opportunities, and process improvements • Participate in committees, workgroups, and governance activities related to research administration • Perform related duties based on departmental need

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Six (6) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement • Two (2) years of experience supporting enterprise software applications or in research administration • Experience with Salesforce considered • Experience with Kuali Research Suite or similar Electronic Research Administration Systems considered • Resume and cover letter required as part of the application process • Must provide satisfactory proof of employment eligibility through the Federal I-9 employment verification process if hired
