📋 Description

• Lead development and operationalization of data pipelines for reports and advanced analytics • Perform data ingestion, transformation, validation, quality assurance, pipeline optimization, and orchestration • Work closely with the DevSecOps Engineer during continuous integration and continuous deployment • Lead design and implementation of standardized data management procedures for staging, ingestion, preparation, provisioning, and destruction • Lead data engineers in designing, developing, implementing, testing, documenting, and operating large-scale, high-volume, high-performance data structures • Lead design, development, and maintenance of real-time processing applications and data pipelines • Ensure the quality of technical solutions as data moves across Centene’s environments • Provide insight into changing data processing, storage, and utilization requirements and suggest solutions • Develop, construct, test, and maintain data architectures using advanced programming languages and tools • Improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality; identify tasks that can be automated • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and 5–7 years of related experience • Equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position may substitute • Advanced Data Modeling experience • Established experience with Solutions Architecture • Experience with Data Manipulation and Data Mining • Experience developing strategy and structure around Data Analysis • Advanced knowledge of SQL • Knowledge of Snowflake • Experience with Databricks • Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Ability to work independently • Demonstrated analytical skills • Demonstrated project management skills • High level of accuracy, even under pressure • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills • Ability to communicate and make recommendations to upper management • Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion • Technical aptitude • Compliance with all policies and standards
