📋 Description

• Manage the Security Compliance team and provide enterprise security oversight • Set strategic direction to improve enterprise security programs based on compliance and risk drivers • Manage compliance of enterprise security initiatives • Support hiring, performance management, and career development of Security Compliance staff • Prioritize and assign tasks for risk-based security oversight across business units and security domains • Set team strategic direction and assign projects to strengthen enterprise security posture and reduce security risk • Maintain and improve enterprise security policies and standards • Identify regulatory changes affecting information security policies, standards and procedures • Support security control owners with control design and implementation • Lead design, evaluation and oversight of controls for security IT projects, programs, applications and systems • Monitor remediation lifecycle activities, including timelines, action plans, evidence artifacts, feedback, documentation and escalations • Prepare compliance documentation and reports for Senior Management, the Board and other initiatives • Sponsor and support complex projects on time and on budget, escalating concerns and providing weekly updates • Develop and implement best practices for security KPIs and KRIs • Perform security metrics reporting and information security process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience required • 5+ years of experience in security GRC, audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements required • CISA, CGEIT, CRISC or CISM required • CISSP preferred
