📋 Description

• Oversee operations and business strategy utilizing cross-functional departments to meet strategic objectives, focusing on No Surprises Act (NSA) Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) operations • Develop and manage methodologies for tracking, identifying, and solving issues • Interpret and present program results and insights • Develop data-driven analysis approaches for clients related to NSA IDR operations and outcomes • Perform data analysis from varied sources to evolve effectiveness and return-on-investment metrics for product activity, IDR outcomes, and fees • Collaborate with staff to identify customer expectations and initiate process changes to improve quality, costs, and staff, provider, and member satisfaction while ensuring NSA IDR compliance • Facilitate and support operations staff in planning, achieving, and tracking strategic initiatives and the end-to-end IDR process • Serve as an internal resource and advisor on improvement activities and NSA IDR requirements and processes • Use quality improvement techniques to eliminate waste and rework and improve accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of IDR operations

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience • 4+ years experience in operational business processes or data analysis • Preferably experience in the managed care or insurance industry • Practical experience implementing continuous improvement via Six Sigma or Total Quality Management (TQM) is desirable • Experience working within a matrix environment preferred • Preferred experience with NSA and appeal disputes • Able to travel up to 25%
