📋 Description

• Analyze program outcomes and collaborate with stakeholders to implement action plans to improve and optimize results • Handle complex outcomes analysis projects and may act as a lead for other Outcomes Analysts • Design and monitor outcomes dashboards and scorecards for assigned programs and identify trends • Monitor and analyze program outcomes and recommend and implement action plans • Perform baseline outcomes and regular assessments of outcome performance to prepare for readiness and verify program requirements are met • Provide feedback to senior leadership on key performance outcomes and address questions and concerns • Present data and information to program stakeholders to improve program performance • Develop program components and support and manage implementation of assigned programs • Identify and educate provider agencies on best practices to achieve optimum outcomes and identify improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • 6+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience • Healthcare experience preferred • Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Reporting and Analysis tools, SQL, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Access
