📋 Description

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives • Assist with business case development and assess opportunities, risks, and return on investment • Optimize business unit performance by aligning policy, process, and technology • Drive performance improvement, financial gains, customer satisfaction, and compliance • Provide policy guidance and ensure end-to-end process consideration • Organize work teams, establish project plans, facilitate meetings, build consensus, document recommendations, and oversee implementation • Analyze data, workflows, policies, procedures, staffing organization, and skills to develop potential solutions • Lead staff responsible for initiatives in the company operating plan • Support other project leaders with facilitation, analysis, process mapping, brainstorming, and project management • Write and deliver communications to all organizational levels • Provide related support and perform other assigned duties • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required • 5+ years health care, insurance or related experience required • Demonstrated experience and skill in training, presenting and facilitating required • Knowledge and experience leveraging IT solutions • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project • Master's Degree in a related field preferred
