📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources regarding government contract compliance • Respond to information requests from HR Business Partners • Provide Payroll guidance on Service Contract Act requirements • Ensure vacant positions are posted in Workday promptly • Develop comprehensive staffing models and labor cost proposals with HGB directors, managers and associates • Work with the HGB pricing team on staffing models • Read and understand RFP requirements • Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with accurate staffing and authorized-position data • Produce monthly reports • Develop and issue routine and ad hoc reports using the Position Tracking System, Workday payroll system and other sources • Participate in audits by government agencies • Manage HGB's relationship with its contingent labor vendor • Advise leaders on temporary staffing needs and contingent labor use • Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers, including training verification, access, timecard approvals and invoice processing • Support Corporate Procurement with contract terms, conditions and vendor evaluation for government contracting small-business spend • Assist with assigned special projects

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required by Department of Defense contract • Candidates currently living in Puerto Rico cannot be hired • Bachelor's degree • Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources dealing with compensation and confidential data • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs • Background with the Service Contract Act and government contracting preferred • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
