• Develop and execute the Music Education dealer and channel growth strategy • Establish annual and long-term objectives for revenue, margin, market penetration, dealer performance, national contracts, and strategic growth initiatives • Lead and evolve Wenger's Music Education dealer program, including partner segmentation, commercial strategy, pricing, coverage models, program requirements, performance standards, and channel effectiveness • Recruit, develop, and manage dealer and channel partners • Expand market coverage and improve partner capabilities • Evaluate partner performance and implement corrective actions when necessary • Develop and execute growth plans for priority dealers, national accounts, and purchasing programs • Identify opportunities to increase market share, strengthen strategic relationships, and accelerate revenue growth • Own national contracts, purchasing programs, and key channel partnerships • Ensure strong performance, effective renewals, pricing execution, compliance, and ongoing business development • Lead, coach, and develop Territory Sales representatives • Establish priorities, accountability, performance expectations, and development plans • Align dealer, customer, and sales-team efforts to create and convert pipelines • Support strategic opportunities and coordinate major bids • Define opportunity ownership and drive collaboration between dealers and Wenger's sales organization • Serve as the business leader for the Music Education channel • Leverage market intelligence and lead cross-functional initiatives • Establish key performance metrics • Represent the voice of the customer and dealer • Deliver sales, profit, and strategic growth objectives
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field • Ten (10) or more years of successful leadership experience driving growth through dealer, distributor, channel partner, national account, or other indirect sales models • Responsibility for business development, partner management, strategic accounts, and commercial execution • Track record of creating and executing multi-year channel growth strategies • Success developing, growing, optimizing, and managing dealer, distributor, or channel partner networks • Experience translating dealer and channel strategies into repeatable business processes, programs, and growth initiatives • Strong understanding of dealer economics, incentive structures, selling processes, territory and coverage models, customer buying processes, and manufacturer-partner relationships • Strong commercial and financial acumen • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience • Proficiency with a CRM • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products • Experience in music education, performing arts, institutional, durable-goods, or other project-based markets served through dealer, distributor, or channel-partner networks (preferred) • Experience leading or expanding dealer, distributor, national-account, cooperative-contract, or channel relationships at a national or multi-regional level (preferred) • Experience using dealer, customer, and market insights to shape commercial programs, channel strategies, market-development priorities, product opportunities, and new business initiatives (preferred) • Salesforce experience (preferred)
