📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, service agreements, licensing arrangements, and other business contracts • Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies • Identify and mitigate contractual risks and provide clear guidance to stakeholders • Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations to align contract terms with business needs and objectives • Maintain a centralized contract repository and manage contract lifecycle processes • Develop and implement standardized templates, playbooks, and contract management best practices • Monitor contract performance and compliance • Proactively address issues and support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal reporting related to contracts • Align internal stakeholders and support business objectives • Prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy • Analyze unusual situations using advanced analytical and problem-solving techniques • Resolve issues and recommend alternative approaches • Adapt communication style to diverse audiences and provide guidance on complex contract matters

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Deep understanding of contract management and administration principles and terminology • Knowledge of standard office software and contract management technologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism • Understand and adhere to the security guidelines outlined in OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy
