📋 Description

• Manage the transition of new business into Liviniti effectively, accurately, and timely • Ensure consistent customer satisfaction during implementation by collaborating with client teams and interacting with customers and consultants • Deliver successful implementation projects and establish the foundation for ongoing business relationships • Ensure project deliverables align with client service agreements and requirements • Achieve appropriate service levels, timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction • Develop client business relationships through positive onboarding experiences • Communicate client commitments and expectations to internal partners • Maintain documentation, testing protocols, claims analysis, and understanding of client technical and service specifications • Track project milestones and deliverables, identify and notify stakeholders of risks, and provide status updates to leadership • Lead and manage implementation processes, including documentation, reviews, customer sign-off, site visits, and conference calls • Facilitate conflict management and resolution among internal and external partners • Establish implementation roles, responsibilities, and rules of engagement • Manage projects in compliance with client service agreements and executed contracts • Partner with multiple business units to ensure claims adjudication setup accuracy and address ongoing client needs • Manage an assigned book of business, including client trend management and strategic plan development and execution • Understand client business objectives, develop shared goals, and demonstrate program value • Support core and extended client teams during the transition from implementation to business maintenance • Report HIPAA violations to the Compliance Officer and/or Human Resources

🎯 Requirements

• Good presentation skills • Excellent negotiation skills • Intermediate or great proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook • Outstanding numeric, verbal, written, logic and analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to establish rapport and work with others • Program performance and understanding of healthcare analytics • Ability to work during core hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT • Ability to adjust work times to cover meetings in all time zones • Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays pursuant with industry demands • Ability to comply with HIPAA obligations related to Protected Health Information (PHI) • Attend, complete, and demonstrate competency in required HIPAA training
