📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal and external teams, including providers and pharmacies, to advance pharmacy quality performance • Own a territory and work closely with strategists, trainers, pharmacy quality performance managers and health plan partners • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory external engagement plan • Conduct consistent field visits with external partners • Collaborate across stakeholders to promote external partners’ adoption of new concepts and changes • Be accountable for covered external partners’ pharmacy quality performance, including Part D Patient Safety Measures, HEDIS and PQA • Prepare executive summaries of successes and challenges in external engagement efforts • Proactively develop solutions, collaborate on resolutions and track associated actions • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • 3+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably in a managed care environment required • 2+ years experience in business to business (B2B) required • 1+ years experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid preferred • 1+ years experience with analysis tools or systems preferred • 1+ years experience in the implementation of quality process improvement efforts • Experience documenting requirements, creating training materials and working directly with end users preferred • LPT - Licensed Pharmacy Tech preferred • Ability to travel 40% of time
