📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, analysis, and continuous improvement of Centene’s enterprise Performance Development program • Partner across Talent & Capability, People, Technology, Communications, and business teams • Deliver programs, tools, insights, and experiences that enable meaningful performance conversations • Strengthen program adoption and support data-informed decision making • Support Talent department initiatives • Gather requirements, create plans and schedules, manage resources, and facilitate project execution and deployment • Oversee programs using corporate and industry standard tools and techniques • Maintain business process documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans • Create and monitor department deliverables for quality and policy adherence • Communicate program status to management and stakeholders • Identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks • Identify requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes • Coordinate cross-functional meetings to meet stakeholder expectations and business objectives • Manage projects through the full project life cycle • Negotiate with stakeholders to secure resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or related field or equivalent experience required • 3+ years of quality improvement, program management or project management experience required • Experience with HR technology, vendor management, data analysis, and change management in the Healthcare industry is strongly preferred • Candidates will be considered nationally • Ability to gather requirements, create plans and schedules, manage resources, and facilitate project execution and deployment • Knowledge of corporate and industry standard tools and techniques • Ability to maintain detailed business process documentation • Ability to communicate program status to management and key stakeholders • Ability to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks • Ability to coordinate cross-functional meetings and manage projects through the full project life cycle
