📋 Description

• Lead the annual price increase process across all organizational areas and market areas • Coordinate with Digital, Sales, Legal, Area Pricing Teams, Billing, and other departments on the Annual Price Increase Process • Pull monthly MAS customer extracts and work with the EADM team to score, analyze, and provide suggested price increases using CLV and Risk models • Ensure collection line-of-business price increase uploads are submitted monthly, error-checked, and prepared for upload into MAS with a third-party vendor • Identify and implement best practices across Areas to improve alignment and consistency • Provide strategic business analysis, reporting, and pricing direction to drive profitability and growth • Identify improvement opportunities, develop action plans, engage stakeholders, and lead change execution • Update internal pricing tools and reports and provide documentation and communication to Area teams • Support development of streamlined monthly Pricing files and more accurate Core Price forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business Administration, or in lieu of degree • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant experience • 5 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement) • Strong analysis of moderately complex financial, statistical, and customer data within the waste industry • Demonstrated influential leadership and ability to project manage day-to-day, long-term, and time-sensitive responsibilities • Effective verbal and written communication • Knowledge of the Annual Price Increase process performed on a monthly basis
