📋 Description

• Lead and execute enterprise employee recognition programs • Oversee design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of recognition programs • Manage initiatives, vendor and technology partnerships, stakeholder engagement, communications, and program measurement • Provide project management and operational support for employee engagement initiatives • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve service levels, and ensure regulatory compliance • Develop strategies for improvement opportunities, organizational prioritization, and resource alignment • Manage projects through the full project life cycle, including requirements gathering, project plans, schedules, resources, budgets, execution, deployment, and closure • Use corporate and industry-standard project management tools and techniques • Maintain project documentation, action items, issue lists, and risk mitigation plans • Communicate project status to stakeholders through executive summaries and presentations • Negotiate with stakeholders to secure resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks • Lead cross-functional meetings • Provide functional and technical knowledge regarding program requirements and operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of project implementation, product or program management experience • Experience with HR technology, vendor management, data analysis, and change management in the Healthcare Industry strongly preferred • Master’s degree preferred
