📋 Description

• Oversee implementation of assigned programs • Lead development of program initiatives to improve and monitor service delivery and outcomes for assigned populations • Develop and implement new programs, including project and work plans • Execute program development efforts with provider and/or internal organizations • Research industry trends and propose new programs and strategies • Develop provider and/or internal training modules • Develop and track outcome measures for specific populations • Analyze and interpret outcome data and present findings to management • Propose funding opportunities • Direct cross-departmental teams implementing program development and improvement efforts • Develop innovative solutions for treatment issues related to specific populations • Represent the company in key community and State meetings related to specific populations • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Candidate must reside in the state of Arizona • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for provider outreach, training, and collaboration activities • Master's Degree or higher required for AZ • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Master's degree in a Healthcare-related field • 3+ years in Behavioral or Physical Health experience • Preferred: experience working within the adult behavioral health system • Preferred: demonstrated background in provider engagement, stakeholder facilitation, and relationship management • Preferred: RN, LPC, LCSW, LMAFT, or LISAC licensure/certification
