📋 Description

• Support strategy for complex business transformational priorities • Participate in execution of complex business cases for proposed initiatives • Assess feasibility, opportunities, risks, and return on investment • Activate strategic and policy guidance on assigned initiatives • Perform detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, procedures, staff organization, and skills • Collect and analyze process data to recommend business practices and procedures • Focus on enhanced effectiveness, increased productivity, and cost containment • Collaborate with stakeholder SMEs for knowledge transfer, training, and implementation • Confirm end-to-end integrity through final recommendations and implementation • Create timely communications for key stakeholders • Contribute to executive-level presentations • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required • 5+ years of health care or insurance industry experience having led or been a key contributor on large scale initiatives required • Operations experience preferred • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred • Certified Project Manager (IAPM) preferred • CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt preferred • Ability to analyze data, workflows, policies, procedures, organization of staff, and skills to execute initiatives • Ability to collect and analyze process data • Ability to collaborate with stakeholder SMEs for knowledge transfer, training and implementation
