📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement • Assess business requirements against existing offerings and capabilities to identify and document gaps • Evaluate, assess, and design solutions • Assist in value estimation, cost-benefit analysis, and business case creation • Establish and maintain business architecture governance • Elicit requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task analysis, and workflow analysis • Coordinate business and delivery groups to ensure timely completion of key deliverables, including new offerings, capabilities, and process improvements • Collaborate with partners to define and manage project scope, conduct requirements analysis, and execute projects • Create and maintain business architecture models, including value streams, business capabilities, information maps, and strategy trees • Lead workshops, gather ideas, evaluate processes, and gather intelligence • Track and trend predicted business value against actual value and business outcomes • Advise senior leadership on business strategies • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field required • 5+ years of Business Architecture, Business Analysis, or Business Design required • Experience with Business Architecture Frameworks preferred • Workshop Facilitation preferred • Business Architecture Certification preferred • Complies with all policies and standards
