📋 Description

• Analyze moderately complex business objectives and engage closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure implementation of the product vision • Own the end-to-end product strategy from concept to production • Research and analyze complex business system issues and develop process improvement recommendations • Lead meetings to surface issues, identify fixes, and advance projects while continuously communicating product objectives • Build a backlog of product features with clearly described, estimated, and prioritized items • Collaborate with technical teams to build modular and reusable solutions • Simulate and test process system improvements with consideration for usability and industry standards • Approve each feature and continuously communicate with technical and business teams to ensure adherence to the product vision and proactively evaluate risks • Drive sprint and release plans and communicate changes to business teams

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Experience with UM intake or prior authorization workflows, including intake channels, routing, or turnaround management • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and integrations, including FHIR, HL7, X12, APIs, and EHR systems • Exposure to automation and advanced UM tools, including rules engines, NLP, RPA, and auto-approval capabilities • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree • 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent work experience • Deep knowledge of the specified product domain and industry trends • Knowledge of Information Technology • Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach experience preferred
