📋 Description

• Define the strategy for building and automating recurring capacity and scenario planning models • Support service, quality, and efficiency standards for a large-scale claims operation • Influence senior leadership on strategic plans to meet short-term and long-term business objectives • Plan and direct workforce management policies, objectives, operations, and initiatives • Define the overall workforce management vision within the contact center • Prioritize initiatives and opportunities aligned with the organization's mission and strategic direction • Lead the workforce management team • Analyze operations and key performance criteria to develop staffing model strategies based on trends and forecasted results • Develop and direct inter-departmental partnerships within the workforce management department • Oversee workforce management budget and hiring strategy development with business stakeholders • Establish operational targets, best practices, and training programs • Oversee strategic initiatives related to onboarding, hiring, promotions, transfers, and performance or reward decisions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's degree • 10+ years of related experience • Prior management experience • Experience developing workforce capacity and staffing plans within a claims operation is highly preferred • 5+ years management experience preferred • Complies with all policies and standards
