📋 Description

• Oversee the Gold Card Program to ensure effective performance and communication of strategic priorities and outcomes with stakeholders • Develop and lead long-term program development and enhancement initiatives • Infuse subject matter expertise into the program and ensure processes are followed during development, including consumer experience, software engineering, clinical, and behavior change science • Support integration of the program across all business units • Ensure consistent and seamless integration of adaptive technology and expert team-based services to optimize behavior change outcomes • Support financial analysis of program performance • Ensure program management, enhancement, and new program development strategic plans and ongoing assessments document value propositions and financial performance parameters

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • 7+ years of product development, product management, or related experience • Experience with product planning, development, execution, and product financials • Experience across different market segments and product types
