📋 Description

• Define and lead end-to-end market insights plans and research roadmaps • Serve as the strategic advisor and single point of contact for Adult Neurology program leads • Identify and select external partners and manage project delivery • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative primary research, data analysis, secondary research, and competitive intelligence • Pressure test market insight conclusions and implications • Partner with forecasting teams to develop and pressure test forecast assumptions and models • Translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations for cross-functional teams and leadership • Reconcile dissenting views, negotiate, and persuade stakeholders to drive business results • Lead ad hoc strategy projects, including new indication, product, and market evaluations • Collaborate with New Product Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Clinical Development, and R&D organizations

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of Pharma / biotech experience • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant advanced degree preferred • Market research experience across pre-/clinical, pre-launch, launch, and post-launch stages • Experience with HCP, patient, payor, and pharmacy stakeholders in rare disease • Experience in the U.S. market required • Global market insights experience preferred • Neurology and broad rare disease market experience preferred • Strong understanding of market research design and implementation • Experience leveraging complex quantitative data, including claims and EHR data • Ability to discern and translate meaningful insights • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority • Ability to prioritize, solve problems, make tradeoffs and decisions, and manage stakeholder expectations • Ability to think big picture while remaining detail-oriented • Results-oriented, innovative approach to business challenges • Strong curiosity, personal drive, and entrepreneurial spirit
