📋 Description

• Drive the product performance function for assigned products across multiple lines of business • Oversee product performance reviews and performance analysis • Coordinate product improvement initiatives • Prepare executive leadership for regular interactions with key regulators across the state • Set the strategic vision and establish core goals for the Product Performance department with other function leaders • Monitor and manage commercial product portfolio performance • Refresh strategy and implement improvement measures to achieve financial plan targets • Support and execute strategies to manage cost structure and deliver competitively priced, compliant products • Track programs managing medical costs, unit costs, and selling costs • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define and execute strategic priorities • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate leadership and health plan leaders • Evaluate product enhancements against strategic plan, membership enrollment, and retention targets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience required • 6+ years of experience leveraging analysis to develop and manage initiatives to improve financial performance required • 3+ years of supervisory/management experience required • Prior experience in finance, data analysis, or actuarial services preferred • Experience in healthcare administration and/or managed care preferred • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including out-of-state and overnight travel • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Employment-based visa sponsorship is unavailable, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, and CPT
