📋 Description

• Lead the delivery and continuous improvement engine of the Enterprise Change Enablement Office • Integrate program and project management discipline with process improvement capability • Own the delivery methodology, portfolio visibility, project coordination model, dependency management, continuous improvement methods, and problem-solving discipline • Lead a team partnering directly with transformation workstream leads • Lead the Director of Change Enablement and eight Program Managers aligned to transformation workstreams • Own and align the Enterprise Change delivery methodology with the L-gate program life cycle, playbook, and template library • Manage escalations and bring portfolio-level risks to the Chief Transformation Officer • Facilitate the Portfolio Execution Review with the Chief Transformation Officer and Director of Change Enablement • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching for Program Managers • Establish and sustain continuous improvement methods to simplify work, reduce waste, solve recurring problems, and sustain measurable improvement • Identify, establish, and quantify financial and non-financial business benefits • Report portfolio KPI and ROI performance to the Chief Transformation Officer • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field required • Equivalent experience may substitute for the stated educational requirement • Advanced degree in Change Management, Business Strategy, Psychology, or a closely related discipline preferred • Certifications in Change Management methodologies such as PROSCI or CCMP highly desired • Deep operational experience • Process-improvement mindset • Experience with program and project management discipline • Experience with continuous improvement methods • Knowledge of portfolio visibility, dependency management, performance measurement, KPIs, and ROI • Ability to lead the Director of Change Enablement and eight Program Managers • Ability to comply with all policies and standards
