📋 Description

• Lead the enterprise change communications function and provide strategic direction, governance, and executive communications support for major transformation initiatives • Develop the enterprise change communications strategy aligned to business priorities • Serve as senior communications advisor to executive leadership and the Transformation Office • Lead communications for enterprise transformation initiatives and organizational change programs • Oversee executive messaging, leadership communications, and enterprise change campaigns • Establish governance, standards, and best practices for change communications • Partner with HR, the Transformation Office, stakeholders, and business leaders to drive alignment on responding to change • Develop measurement frameworks to evaluate communication effectiveness and adoption • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of change communications professionals • Manage multiple enterprise initiatives while ensuring consistent messaging • Identify communication risks and develop mitigation strategies • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field required • 10+ years of leadership experience with progressive responsibility in corporate communications • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Experience in a highly regulated environment • Equivalent experience may be acquired through applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skills reflective of the position level
