📋 Description

• Develop and automate Power BI reports • Use Python, APIs, and AI to streamline data collection and reporting • Analyze historical call data • Audit workforce management metrics • Compare forecasted versus actual performance • Identify trends • Help standardize reporting across all lines of business • Learn processes and functions within the Managed Care industry • Contribute to projects supporting the business • Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills through projects • Communicate project status and results to staff mentors and management • Research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and industry • Attend training and development presentations • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Power BI, Python, and APIs • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working with data, automating reports, and identifying trends • Experience with AI in some capacity in the past • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate across teams • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate coursework completed • Must be enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited university or college in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period
