📋 Description

• Support achievement of client savings, contract penetration, and supply chain performance goals • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to support implementation, adoption, and sustained utilization of Vizient solutions • Apply problem-solving, critical thinking, and continuous improvement principles to overcome barriers and adapt to client needs • Manage analytics and client coordination activities while tracking performance metrics and workplan progress • Identify and present cost-saving opportunities using Vizient tools and services, including Supply Analytics and Impact Standardization • Analyze complex data to uncover product conversion opportunities • Collaborate with category managers and supplier partners on product cross-referencing, conversions, and trials • Support clients in the New York area in implementing and assessing product conversions • Participate in formal training, mentoring, on-the-job learning, and community service projects • Set goals, work toward deadlines, and participate in interactions with senior leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in healthcare, finance, business administration or supply chain • Must have completed the sophomore year as an undergraduate before the start of the internship, or have recently completed your degree • Basic understanding of working in a hybrid environment, workplace ethics, and effective communication • Good organization and planning skills • Experience demonstrating project coordination, facilitation, and implementation through work or school • Effective oral and written communication skills • Ability to analyze and synthesize information for problem-solving • Ability to analyze complex data and present it to key stakeholders • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with internal business partners, external members, and suppliers • Excel Proficiency
