📋 Description

• Provide clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best-practice interventions • Conduct evaluations and individual, group, family, or couple’s psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children in the service area • Maintain communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by the client • Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team and community referral sources • Maintain timely and accurate clinical records according to organization policies • Participate in developing and implementing quality clinical practices • Meet billable-hour productivity standards • Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time • Complete clinical documentation within two business days of service delivery • Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner • Communicate effectively through written, verbal, in-person, and virtual methods • Provide customer service to individuals seeking services

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is required • Active three-letter or associate license is required • Effective written, verbal, in-person, and virtual communication skills • Ability to provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking services • Three to five years’ behavioral health environment experience preferred • Experience with evidence-based and best-practice interventions preferred • Ability to complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time • Ability to complete clinical documentation within two business days • Ability to complete treatment plans and clinical service authorizations promptly • Ability to meet billable-hour productivity standards • Ability to perform the listed physical activities, including predominantly seated work and occasional driving, lifting, bending, kneeling, and squatting
