📋 Description

• Strategically identify, develop, and implement programs influencing providers, members, or market leadership toward value-based relationships and improved quality metrics • Develop programs designed to drive value-based relationships • Partner with leaders on implementation planning • Review and communicate program results • Advise executives on functional strategies, often segment-specific, regarding significant matters • Exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues • Analyze variable factors and determine the best course of action • Work under minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 8 or more years of technical experience • 2 or more years of project leadership experience • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products (Word, Excel, Access) • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong relationship-building skills • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Dedicated work space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Internet service with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds • Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field • Preferred: PMP certification • Preferred: Six Sigma Certification • Preferred: Knowledge and experience in a health care environment/managed care • Preferred: Strong analytical skills
