📋 Description

• Design and implement initiatives that optimize clinical operations and enhance care delivery across aligned areas or the organization • Identify strategic improvement opportunities and establish operational priorities • Develop standardized processes and practices supporting clinical operational effectiveness • Align operational processes with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices • Advise executives in developing functional, often segment-specific, strategies on significant matters • Translate analytics into action to impact and influence business outcomes • Report to the National President, MSO Operations • Participate as part of the Operations leadership team • Travel in and around the Kentucky market • Exercise independent judgment and make decisions on complex issues under minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 8 or more years of technical experience • Prior experience delivering presentations to all levels of leadership • Ability to translate analytics into action and use data to impact and influence business outcomes • Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel • Ability to write queries and create forms, reports, presentations, and documents • Passion for continuously improving consumer experiences • Project Management or Six Sigma certification preferred • 2 or more years of project leadership experience preferred
