📋 Description

• Complete regular chart reviews • Coordinate monthly meetings • Serve as a resource for advanced practice providers to ensure quality patient care • Collaborate with clinical leaders on quality of care, outcome data, procedures, and records issues • Build collaborative relationships with Nurse Practitioners • Support virtual wraparound services, access to medications, and urgent clinical needs

🎯 Requirements

• Current and unrestricted medical license in one or more of: Louisiana, North Carolina, Mississippi, Kentucky, Missouri, or Indiana • If supervising in Louisiana, Mississippi, or Indiana, must reside in that state • Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program of an accredited university • Board certification or Board Eligibility • 2+ years of telemedicine/telehealth experience • 2+ years of experience as a Collaborating Physician • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Home internet with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
