📋 Description

• Provide telemedicine physician services as scheduled • Provide general practice and wound care clinical consultation and physician oversight • Serve as supervising/collaborating physician for designated advanced practice providers • Review and sign clinical documentation when required • Provide clinical guidance and support to NPs, PAs, nurses, and interdisciplinary care team members • Support clinical quality, continuity of care, and adherence to clinical standards • Collaborate with clinical leadership regarding patient care and provider needs • Maintain applicable licenses, credentials, and professional requirements

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO degree • Active medical license in good standing • Meet all applicable credentialing requirements • Must reside in South Carolina, North Carolina, or Georgia • Experience in general practice, primary care, wound care, post-acute care, geriatrics, skilled nursing, home-based medicine, telemedicine, or supervision/collaboration with advanced practice providers is highly desirable • Ability to work collaboratively with advanced practice providers in a virtual environment • Maintain all licenses, credentials, and professional requirements applicable to services performed
