📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based virtual medical evaluations • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and sign charts within 24 hours • Respond to patient questions with clarity and care • Order necessary laboratory tests, interpret results, and prescribe appropriate medications • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team • Provide longitudinal care for a panel of patients • Onboard new patients and provide follow-up care, including lab management, prescription management, and answering clinical questions • Maintain excellent care standards, patient satisfaction, appointment availability, and respond to patient messages within one business day

🎯 Requirements

• Deep appreciation and understanding of the trans experience • At least one active license, in good standing with your professional board • Experience prescribing behavioral health medications for depression and anxiety • Familiarity with and experience using established GAHT guidelines, including an informed consent model of care • Experience and comfort collaborating with diverse teams • Comfortable with 100% remote patient care • Strong technical background, including familiarity with EMRs, email communication, and app-based platforms • Strong organization and communication skills • Minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week • Legally authorized to work in the USA and resident in the USA • Physician licenses specifically sought in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas • Three or more state licenses preferred • Experience with telehealth and preferably direct-to-consumer telehealth/startup work preferred
