📋 Description

• Serve as a collaborating physician for NPs practicing within Superpower’s care model • Review and co-sign charts as required by state regulations • Participate in periodic team meetings to guide clinical strategy • Maintain compliance with state and federal practice standards • Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and collaboration with advanced practice providers • Support Superpower’s mission to advance preventative and longevity-focused medicine

🎯 Requirements

• MD/DO • Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related specialty • Active, unrestricted medical license in all 50 states + DC • Previous experience collaborating with NPs preferred • Strong interest in functional medicine, preventative medicine, longevity, and patient-centered care • Experience prescribing and managing GLP-1s, peptides, and hormone therapies, including TRT • Comfortable with evidence-based off-label prescribing where clinically appropriate • Excellent communication and mentorship skills • Comfortable working in a tech-enabled, fast-moving startup environment
