📋 Description

• Complete regular chart reviews and coordinate monthly meetings • Serve as a resource for advanced practice providers to ensure quality patient care • Collaborate with clinical leaders regarding quality of care, outcome data, procedures, and records issues • Partner with Nurse Practitioners to bridge gaps in care • Report directly to the Associate Director

🎯 Requirements

• Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of Texas • Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university • Board certification or Board Eligible • 2+ years of telehealth experience • 2+ years of experience as a collaborating physician • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
