📋 Description

• Complete regular chart reviews and coordinate monthly meetings • Serve as a resource for advanced practice providers to ensure quality patient care • Collaborate with clinical leaders on quality of care, outcome data, procedures, and records issues • Maintain a collaborative relationship with Nurse Practitioners • Report to the Associate Director • Provide virtual wraparound services supporting patients who cannot see their own PCP, including closing care gaps, ensuring timely medication access, and addressing urgent clinical needs

🎯 Requirements

• Current and unrestricted medical license in one or more of: Louisiana, North Carolina, Mississippi, Kentucky, Missouri, or Indiana • If supervising in Louisiana, Mississippi, or Indiana, must reside in that state • Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program of an accredited university • Board certification or Board Eligibility • 2+ years of telemedicine/telehealth experience • 2+ years of experience as a Collaborating Physician • Ability to work approximately 5 hours per month • Internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for home work • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information
