📋 Description

• Address incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries • Perform basic administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks • Address customer needs, including complex benefit questions • Resolve customer issues and educate members • Record inquiry, comment, complaint, transaction, and interaction details • Take appropriate action based on recorded interactions • Escalate unresolved and pending customer grievances • Work within defined parameters, quality standards, priorities, timing, policies, practices, and guidelines • Work under close supervision

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of customer service experience • Live in Florida, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, Arizona, Missouri, North Carolina, or New Mexico • Strong customer service orientation • Strong attention to detail • Strong typing and computer navigation skills • Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities using multiple computer applications simultaneously • Effective verbal and listening communication skills • Passion for contributing to continuous consumer-experience improvement • High-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Satellite and wireless internet service is not allowed • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Flexibility to work any shift Monday through Saturday between 8AM and 11PM EST • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred • Previous inbound call center or related customer service experience preferred • Healthcare experience preferred • Fluency in Spanish preferred
