📋 Description

• Provide administrative customer service assistance to claimants, providers, and other interested parties • Receive and answer telephonic inquiries • Deliver high-quality inbound and outbound customer service • Focus on accuracy, professionalism, and first call resolution • Deliver friendly and efficient customer service in a high-volume environment • Accurately capture and enter data into CareMC and other internal systems • Demonstrate active listening and communicate clearly to confirm understanding • Promote future use of self-help tools when applicable • Maintain consistent attendance and meet quality and productivity standards • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience • Effective verbal and written communication with active listening skills • Basic computer literacy and comfort using proprietary systems • Strong customer focus with ability to de-escalate routine issues • Attention to detail and time management skills • Ability to accurately capture and enter data into CareMC and other internal systems • Consistent attendance and ability to meet quality and productivity standards
