📋 Description

• Research and market new products and solution opportunities to assigned customers and accounts • Manage and grow customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact • Engage customers to identify needs and promote products and solutions • Configure, price, quote, and process hardware, software, services, and solution design requests • Provide education and technical guidance on product alternatives, cross-references, renewals, warranty uplifts, consolidations, and additional solutions • Market TD SYNNEX's product portfolio and drive adoption of its products and services • Negotiate pricing, freight, return privileges, substitutions, insurance, and terminations • Coordinate with customers, colleagues, and vendors to resolve pre-sales issues and escalate when necessary • Perform quote follow-up and pipeline management • Meet attendance and punctuality standards • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school graduate with high school diploma required • College degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained • 1+ years of relevant work experience • English proficiency at level B2 or higher required • Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed • Able to use a 10-key quickly and accurately • Strong data entry skills • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations • Able to recognize and attend to important details accurately and efficiently • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote and sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results • Strong multicultural interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Able to work under stress and pressure with high workloads and deadlines • Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards • Able to work independently with minimal supervision • Able to remain immobile for extended periods • Able to build effective working relationships • Able to learn new systems and technology quickly • Able to use relevant computer applications at an intermediate level • Associate degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred
