📋 Description
• Call Humana members to discuss open care gaps and placing needed orders • Create and register a patient record within Athena • Verify benefits • Gather medication, medical and surgical history • Coordinate management of members social needs to help facilitate gap closure – providing transportation services
🎯 Requirements
• Master's in science in Nursing • Active, unrestricted NP Licensure preferred in TX, AZ, MS, VA, GA, AND FL. • 2+ years of experience • self-provided internet service with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
