📋 Description

• Consult with patients, pharmacies, and providers to provide optimal medication therapy • Educate members about the proper use and purpose of medications • Respond to members’ prescription, over-the-counter medication, and pharmacotherapy-related health questions via telephone and web chat • Encourage safe, accurate, and timely medication use • Resolve medication-related issues, including prior authorization requirements, formulary alternatives, and medication access concerns • Accurately record member interactions and recommendations for continuity of care and regulatory compliance • Participate in training or meetings requiring occasional travel to Humana offices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state • Ability to participate in Federal prescription programs • Ability to solve problems and encourage collaborative problem solving • Focused, accurate, and highly productive work ethic • Computer proficiency • Passion for continuously improving consumer experiences • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for home internet • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
