📋 Description

• Consult with patients, pharmacies and providers to provide optimal medication therapy • Educate members about the proper use and purpose of their medications • Respond to members’ questions via telephone and web chat regarding prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and general health related to pharmacotherapy • Encourage safe, accurate and timely medication usage • Resolve medication-related issues, including prior authorization requirements, formulary alternatives, and medication access concerns • Accurately record member interactions and recommendations to ensure continuity of care and regulatory compliance • Work on moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Must have an active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state • Ability to participate in Federal prescription programs • Ability to solve problems and encourage others in collaborative problem solving • Focused, accurate, and highly productive work ethic • Proficient with computers • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • PharmD preferred • 3 plus years' experience in a high volume community pharmacy practice environment preferred • Bilingual Spanish preferred • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for self-provided internet • Work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
