📋 Description

• Lead interface certification projects from onboarding through production deployment • Test, validate, and troubleshoot APIs, interfaces, and healthcare data transactions • Communicate technical requirements, project updates, and implementation plans to technical and non-technical audiences • Create and maintain documentation for certifications, implementations, and ongoing support • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve integration processes and customer outcomes • Support and certify integrations across the EnterpriseRx platform and partner ecosystem • Onboard vendors and customers and deploy healthcare technology integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Typically requires 4+ years of relevant professional experience • 4+ years of experience in systems integration, interface certification, implementation, API support, or a related technical field • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and integration testing tools • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases • Experience troubleshooting system integrations, interfaces, and data transactions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously • Experience working with healthcare or pharmacy technology platforms preferred • Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, NCPDP Script, or NCPDP Telecommunications standards preferred • Exposure to cloud-based integration environments, Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools preferred • Exposure to AI-enabled troubleshooting, testing, or operational-efficiency tools preferred
