📋 Description

• Lead the design and stand-up of new processes supporting interoperability and medical documentation chase operations • Define the end-to-end operating model and implementation approach • Build and maintain workflows covering intake, triage, routing, exception handling, escalation paths, and reporting • Serve as subject matter expert for the operational process and associated system interactions • Partner with business, product, and IT stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements • Translate operational needs into functional requirements, business rules, user stories, process maps, and supporting documentation • Facilitate cross-functional sessions to define current-, future-, and target-state processes • Identify gaps, risks, controls, and dependencies across teams and systems • Recommend and implement sustainable process improvements • Support solution design, testing, training, SOP/job aid development, change readiness, implementation planning, and operational readiness • Report to the VP, VA CCN Program Leader and support VA CCN program management, execution, contract compliance, service delivery, and operational performance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience standing up new processes, workflows, or operating models from the ground up • Experience gathering, documenting, and refining business and system requirements • Experience working cross-functionally with business, product, and IT stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including process documentation and executive-ready materials • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including identifying process gaps, risks, and dependencies • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred) • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
