📋 Description

• Support pharmacists and patients by triaging inbound calls for Specialty Rx medications • Perform administrative and initial data-entry tasks, including image scanning • Receive inbound calls from patients and physicians for prescription clarification • Enter prescription orders into the system when needed • Provide telephonic support while ensuring adherence to Specialty Rx operational processes and programs • Work within defined call-center productivity and quality metrics • Interpret department policies and methods for completing assignments • Identify work expectations and quality standards while prioritizing timing • Follow standard policies and exercise independent discretion where permitted

🎯 Requirements

• Active license/registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Board of Pharmacy in the state of residence (Ohio, Arizona, Texas or Florida) • Certification by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or through ExCPT • 1 or more years of experience working in a customer service environment • Self-starter able to succeed with minimal remote supervision • Problem-solving ability • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously • Strong data entry skills • Ability to work 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday sometime between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m. EST • Passion for improving consumer experiences • Internet service with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information
